Here are my five best tips for long, healthy hair

1. Use a silk or satin pillow case & try to get at least 7 hours of beauty sleep.

2. Drink lots of water everyday, I mean A LOT.

3. Eat nutrient rich foods with lots of protein, iron, vitamin B12, omega 3 fatty acids, and vitamin E.

4. Always use a thermal protectant and turn the temperature way down on your hot tools when styling.

5. Focus on scalp health with weekly oil treatments & switch to plant based products formulated for your specific hair type & needs.

Next thing ya know, you’ll be taking hair selfies and telling all your friends what’s worked for you!
