My two goals of homeschooling
Homeschool Goals
I’ve only ever had two goals in homeschooling my children:
That they know & love Jesus Christ.
That they learn to read well.
Literally everything I have ever taught them or that they will ever learn in life is & will be built on this foundation.

Today, my oldest son graduated from Abeka Academy, and I expected to feel a sad longing to go back…
A beautiful transition
And while I have indeed shed many tears of gratitude while reflecting, God’s grace tenderly held my heart & opened my eyes to see this day as a beautiful transition from teacher & student to lifelong friends.
What an extraordinary gift!
My cup overflows…
